Excellent work viktorious, but I have one simple question.. What if along the way I need to deploy a VM in one of the dynamically created subnets/Logical switches. So that it joins its brothers/sisters… lets say I am expanding another web instance for the same applications, and I need it to reside in the same subnet that was earlier just dynamically created.

Do I have to have the blueprint creates a new subnet each time it is consumed ?

Just ran a test: the VM will be added to the existing network/subnet (use the count property for this). A new subnet is only created for a new deployment of the complete blueprint.

I guess you can use the counter variable for this in the blueprint (update the value), and then choose for the option “update exisiting deployment”. Good question, I will run some tests and publish an article on this.
