In this blog post, I’m excited to highlight my favorite App Modernization sessions. I’ll delve into the Solution Keynotes, Breakout Sessions, VMware {code} sessions, and VMTN sessions.

VMware Explore features five different learning tracks this year, and App Modernization sessions are part of the “Modern Applications & Cloud Management” track.
Develop, Operate, Optimize
At Explore Las Vegas the evolved Tanzu vision around “Develop, Operate, Optimize” was presented. As a result of this Tanzu Application Platform(TAP) is expanding into a product family to include both development and platform engineering capabilities. TAP offers Tanzu Developer Portal (based on Backstage), Tanzu Secure Supply Chains, Tanzu Application Enginer and capabilities from Tanzu for Kubernetes Operations.
Next to that we’re now also offering Tanzu Intelligence Services, that includes portions of the VMware Aria portfolio: Tanzu Cloud Health, Tanzu Guardrails, Tanzu Insights and Tanzu Transformer. Read more about these exciting changes.
Solution Keynote
I highly recommend attending the solution keynote. The solution keynote is specific to a particular track. The solution keynote for Modern Applications & Cloud Management is titled “Accelerate Application Delivery for Continuous Innovation” [MAPK2159BCN].
