VMworld 2012 is about to commence! I’ve picked up my badge and bagpack and I’m ready for a great conference. Some interesting announcements are expected, so make sure you’re not missing anything.
The agenda look very promissing, I’m planning to visit the following sessions:

- INF-BCO1159 Architecting and Operating a VMware vSphere Metro Storage Cluster
- INF-BCO1757 VMware vCenter Site Recovery Manager—Where Theory Meets Practice
- EUC2128 Project Octopus: Personal Cloud / Team Cloud — Next Generation File Sharing from VMware
- INF-BCO2982 Stretched Clusters and VMware vCenter Site Recovery Manager: How and When to Choose One, the Other, or Both

- INF-VSP3046 What’s New with Cloud Infrastructure Suite: From Management Application to Integrated Applications and Extensible Platform
- OPS-CIM1718 Configuration Management for Your Cloud using vCenter Operations Suite
On top of these sessions, don’t forget the labs. A great way to learn about new and updated products.
Together with my colleagues Peter van den Bosch (@petervdnbosch), Sven Huisman (@svenh) and Ruben Spruijt (@rspruijt) we will wear a special taylored VMworld shirt…so make sure to come and say hi if you see us.
The shirts have a VMworld tag cloud on the back and our twitter names on the front, including some nice logo’s. We are always in for a little chat!
Let the show begin :)!
