With only two weeks to go, it’s now time to register for the 2021 edition of VMworld “Imagine That” on October 5-7. This year there’s again one VMworld event for Americas, EMEA and APJ…and as you would expect, it’s on-line again…and free to attend!
During VMworld 2021 you will:
- Hear expert perspectives during the general sessions, solutions keynotes and breakout sessions.
- Engage and interact online with colleagues and friends.
- Advance your career through hands-on labs, hands-on-labs guided workshops and round tables.
- Make time for fun through online games, prizes and trivia.
This year VMworld offers: different sessions types at different levels, an extensive content catalog, a lot of on-line activities and the opportunity to meet thought leaders. Check out the VMworld FAQ to learn about the most important facts.
For 48 hours VMworld takes place around the globe: depending the timezone you’re in VMworld will start either October 5th or 6th. Check the on-line agenda for your region specific sessions and time zones.

The content catalog is available on-line, and ready for your to schedule your sessions! This year VMworld includes 8 different tracks: Vision & Innovation, Multi-Cloud, App Modernization, Security, Networking, Edge, End User Services and Inspire Change.
The session in the content catalog are organized according to these 8 tracks. On top of that you can also select sessions based on products discussed, session type, level, industry and primary audience.
For VMworld 2021 there are two entrance options available:
- General Pass….for…free! Yes, you can access the VMworld content for free. On-demand session, demo zone, simulated labs and the fun initiatives. There’s also a 50% discount for VCTA certifications.
- Tech+ Pass for $299 USD. This pass offers all the benefits of the general pass, plus: meet the experts, roundtables, hands-on labs guided workshops, 1:1 meetings with GSS and 50% discount for VCP and VCAP certifications.
Fun & Community @ VMworld
You will find all the VMworld fun events through the Entertainment Zone session type in the content catalog. There are poker, cooking and magician sessions. There’s even a virtual beer & bourbon tasting session, and if you’re into golf you should register for the sesion by PGA golf prof James Oh.
